Pick-Up from your Address:

Please make sure you are ready at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time, in front of your building. If you are late, waiting charges apply.


Pick-Up from Domestic Terminal:LuggageCarousel2

Passengers will be picked-up 20 minutes after arrival time at the Luggage Carousel Number 5  inside the arrival hall. The Driver will be carrying a Board with the passenger’s name and ShuttleMate ID.

Pick-Up from International Terminal:

Standard Pick up Service: Passengers need to wait at THE MEETING POINT located between the two main gates (AB and CD - the only two exit gates) inside the Arrival Hall. There is a big orange sign “The Meeting Point” just next to the main Information Desk and opposite to ANZ Foreign Exchange Desk.

The driver will pick up passengers, approximately one hour after actual arrival time (enough time to go through customs and collect your luggage). The driver will be holding a sign with the ShuttleMate logo, Flight number and the Name of the passenger.
