Q) Why the fares FROM the Airport are more expensive than TO the Airport? A) That's because we have to pay the Airport Tax for accessing the Sydney Airport bus parking.
Q) What happen if my plane arrives early or it is delayed? A) Shuttlemate track all Flight live online and regularly so we adjust the pick up time depending on your actual landing time (20 minutes after arrival for Domestic Flights and 45-60 minutes for International Flights).
Q) Can I pay with Credit/Debit card? A) Yes, we accept all major Cards. The driver will swipe your card through a Mobile EFTPOS Terminal. (A card transaction fee of 5% applies).
Q) Do you have child seats or baby capsules available? A) Yes! We supply Child seats and Child Boosters (Sorry- NOT Baby Capsule) FREE OF CHARGE.
Q) Can you transport bulky items, golf sets or surf boards? A) Yes, we have a Luggage Trailer, big enough for these items. Just let us know if you are carrying any of these at the time of booking.
Q) How far in advance I should place the booking? A) We recommend you to book a few days before your trip to make sure that there is availability and a suitable pick up time for you.
Q) Will I have to share the bus with other passengers? A) If you book for STANDARD SERVICE, yes there is a possibility that you will share the bus with other passengers going to/from the same area (up to 2-3 stops within 15 minutes). If you wish to go without sharing with others, we offer VIP PICK UP SERVICE.
