Q) Why the fares FROM the Airport are more expensive than TO the Airport?
A) That's because we have to pay the Airport Tax for accessing the Sydney Airport bus parking.
Q) What happen if my plane arrives early or it is delayed?
A) Shuttlemate track all Flight live online and regularly so we know about any delays or early landings. If your Flight is earlier you will have to still wait for SCHEDULED pick up time. In case that your Flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick up time. In case of significant delays please have your mobile phone switched on or contact us to find out the next available pick up time.
Q) Can I pay with Credit/Debit card?
A) Yes, we accept all major Cards. The driver will swipe your card through a Mobile EFTPOS Terminal. (A card transaction fee of 5% applies).
Q) Do you have child seats or baby capsules available?
A) Yes! We supply Baby Capsules, Child Seats and Child Boosters FREE OF CHARGE.
Q) Can you transport bulky items, golf sets or surf boards?
A) Yes, we have a Luggage Trailer, big enough for these items. Just let us know if you are carrying any of these at the time of booking.
Q) How far in advance I should place the booking?
A) We recommend you to book a few days before your trip to make sure that there is availability and a suitable pick up time for you.
