Sydney, Noosa, Brisbane Private Airport Transfers Terms and Conditions
GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Pickups between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM

Public holidays

STOPS & ROUTE CHANGES

All pick-up and drop-off locations, including planned stops, must be advised at the time of booking.

Consider any requirements such as key collection or returns.

Unscheduled or impromptu stops are at the chauffeur’s discretion and will incur a fee of $25 per 15 minutes.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All bookings must be prepaid in full by credit card (except Corporate, Agents and Affiliates Accounts).

Drivers and affiliates are not authorised to make or change bookings.

Reservations must be confirmed via email or our website.

If you do not receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number within 24 hours, please contact our office immediately.
WAITING TIME CHARGES
Home / Hotel / Private Address:
-
First 10 minutes are free.
-
After that, $95/hour (charged in 15-minute increments, GST inclusive).
Airports:
-
We monitor all flights in real time, and no waiting charges apply for flight delays.

Passengers must be ready for immediate departure.
-
Additional fees may apply for delays caused by meal consumption, shopping, or currency exchange.
International Terminals:
-
60 minutes of complimentary waiting from flight landing.
-
After 60 minutes, $1.50 per minute applies.
Domestic Terminals:
-
30 minutes included.
-
After 30 minutes, $1.50 per minute applies.
Multiple Flights:
-
Additional waiting and parking charges may apply if one of multiple arriving flights is delayed.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email, with your reservation number. Please also call to confirm receipt.
Standard Transfers:
-
50% charge if cancelled within 72 hours.
-
100% charge if cancelled within 24 hours.
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance incur a $20 admin fee (credited toward your next booking).
Wedding Transfers:
-
Cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the booking date.

Deposits are non-refundable.
-
If cancelled within 30 days, the full hire fee will be payable.
DELAYS & DISRUPTIONS

Passengers must inform ShuttleMate of any delays to avoid no-show charges.
-
Arrival and departure times are indicative only. Delays due to flight changes, traffic, breakdowns, or other unforeseen events are not the responsibility of ShuttleMate.

We are not liable for missed connections or additional costs due to circumstances beyond our control.
LUGGAGE POLICY

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.
-
Excess or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, bikes, ski bags, golf bags) may incur additional fees or be declined.

We recommend arranging travel insurance for valuables.
IN-VEHICLE CONDUCT

No food or drink may be consumed in the vehicle without prior approval. A security bond may be required.

Passengers are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in all vehicles.
SERVICE TERMS

ShuttleMate may substitute vehicles or service providers without notice.
-
We are not a common carrier and operate under the Passenger Transport Act 1990.
